Safety and moderation
Moderation appears to exist but details are sparse; a third-party page reports that moderators supervise cam chats and a user policy applies. The site also states that images are deleted after you leave.
- Assume chats are public and avoid sharing names, addresses, or financial details.
- Don't send images you wouldn't want others to keep, even though the site says images are deleted after you leave.
- Report abusive users if you encounter them and end sessions with anyone who makes you uncomfortable.
- Use group rooms if you prefer a multi-user setting rather than one-to-one private matches.
How iMeetzu compares
Below are other active platforms that offer random chat experiences. They provide different takes on anonymous and semi-anonymous video or text matching.
Verdict
iMeetzu is a straightforward, no-cost choice for people who want quick random text or video conversations in a browser. It combines one-to-one matching with group rooms and image sharing, which makes it flexible for various casual chat needs.
If you need a platform with clearly documented moderation, a verified mobile app, or detailed age-verification policies, iMeetzu may not meet those requirements. Look elsewhere if those elements are important to you.
