321chat is a browser-based chat room site that mixes public rooms with private messaging and optional webcam and audio features. You can use it as a guest or register an account. The site offers a paid VIP tier with extra emojis. It is categorized under chat rooms, text chat and live cam.
The platform is active and reportedly underwent a redesign and relaunch in 2020. It runs in web browsers only; there are no native iOS or Android apps. Communication is described as English only. Moderation is claimed on the site, though user reviews note issues with moderators and automatic spam detection.
Signing up is optional: guests can join public rooms and message others without email verification. The service follows a freemium model where most basic features are free and VIP membership adds extras. This setup makes it suitable for adults seeking casual public chat rooms rather than a tightly moderated or app-based social product.

Verdict
321chat is a straightforward browser-based option for adults who want casual public chat rooms and the option to use webcam or audio without creating an account. Its freemium model and guest access lower the barrier to try the site quickly.
If you need a dedicated mobile app, multilingual community, or stricter moderation standards, this service may not meet those needs. Trustpilot reports of moderator problems and automatic account closures suggest you should be prepared for inconsistent enforcement.
